The Indian and Chinese forces across the Line of Actual Control between India and Tibet are quite at par. Notwithstanding the mobilization and movement of formations from the Chinese Western Theatre Command into Tibet that was staged and given wide publicity, the Chinese are not in a position to fight a war across the Himalayan ranges.
